Mountain Mike's Pizza - Ukiah

The pizza is good... I don't know what is going on with the place? The bar is always closed.... Every time I've been inside the salad bar has not been fresh....Every time we go there another customer is asking about or having problems with the Game Center for the kids. Apparently it has nothing to do with Mountain Mike's from what I understand?? We've given up on them for dining in!! Ordering To Go is fine and they do have Pesto!!

Had a wonderful small combination pizza ? ? pizza cookie ? for dessert.

I've been to a lot of mountain mike franchises this is the worst I've ever been to...Half the cheese and half the pepperoni.. x the salad bar was rancid.I never post on Yelp so that should be your first clue.. stay away!

I normally don’t write about chain pizza places, not because I don’t like them but because usually there isn’t much to say unless they are very special or very bad. I write here to save others our experience. The restaurant was represented to have a bar. When we arrived we saw that it had a fully stocked bar in an alcove. When we ordered our pizzas at the counter we asked whether we needed to order drinks in the bar of whether someone would take our drink order. The person behind the counter stated that the bar was closed, but that the manager would take our drink order. When he arrived, we asked whether he could do a martini. No. Well how about something simple—a gin and tonic? No. My wife saw a line of unopened beer bottles behind the counter showing what beers they carried, and ordered one of those. No. Seeing four beer taps, I said a draft beer would be fine. No. Taps weren’t working. So much for that. Hearing what sounded like a massive artillery attack, we noted that part of the restaurant was devoted to very high decible video arcade games. The artillery barrage continued throughout. We ordered large pizza for ourselves and a small pizza for our granddaughter. Hers arrived 15 minutes before ours. Suffice it to say, we won’t be back if we are ever in the area again. That said, I give this restaurant a 2 because, unlike everything else, the pizza was good.

The service at this restaurant was unfriendly and made me feel like a nuisance. Both of the employees I saw were hiding in the back, and there were no tables being cleared. Additionally, a few arcade machines were not working properly and when I reported it, there was no action taken. It was a big disappointment! The building itself has potential, but it is not very welcoming.
