We have been visiting this restaurant in Inverness for the past 20 years for their haggis, neeps, and tatties. We have never been disappointed. Although prices have increased significantly over the years, it is still a good value.

We popped in on the way home from shopping. The place was empty, surprisingly, apart from one other customer but then it is January. The two young waitresses were so lovely, efficient and welcoming. The food was excellent and the wine, my husband says, was served to perfection! We would definitely return and encourage others to visit as you will not be disappointed. Support local!

The restaurant was very busy and the service was slow with a 15-minute wait just to receive the menu. Our food arrived 40 minutes after we arrived, which was much slower than other busy cafes in town. The food was just okay with modest portions. Cold tap water was provided upon request. The seats were not comfortable and were difficult to get in and out of (booth style, solid wooden bench seats). Overall, we were unimpressed with the experience and are unlikely to return.

Visited a week ago during a short visit, was very impressed. Nice quiet restaurant, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Meal was lovely. Every intentions of visiting again.
