Karaoke Star - Ufa

The most disgusting place where I was in the city !!! At the entrance to karaoke, the waiter led us to a table and brought the bar menu. The service of good quality is over! Half an hour nobody came to us to accept the order! As a result, in the aisle I stopped the waiter and asked to accept the order. After that, about 30 minutes they waited for us to bring alcohol. The rest of the list in the order had to wait at least another hour, the dishes did not wait at all. The waiters have absolutely no knowledge of the cooking time, rude administrator. Unhappy, mood spoiled. DO NOT GO THERE! Самое отвратительное место, где я был в городе!!! При входе в караоке официант провел нас к столику и принесли меню бара. На этом обслуживание надлежащего качества закончилось! Полчаса к нам никто так и не подошёл, чтобы принять заказ! В итоге в проходе я остановил официанта и попросил принять заказ. После этого примерно мин 30 ждали, чтобы нам принесли алкоголь. Остальное по списку в заказе пришлось ждать ещё как минимум час, блюда вообще не дождаться. Официанты абсолютно не владеют информацией по времени приготовления блюд, грубый администратор. Остались недовольны, настроение испорчено. НЕ ХОДИТЕ ТУДА!

This place was a nightmare. We attended karaoke night on a Friday at 10:00 PM. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a female hostess and seated at a table. Despite the establishment being open since 8:00 PM, we were the only customers there. We waited for three hours to be served food, which turned out to be dry and salty. The drinks we wanted were unavailable, and we had to settle for alternatives. The sound engineer was slow and there were long pauses between songs. The pricing for hookahs was exorbitant. The atmosphere was chaotic, with drunk customers causing disruptions. Inappropriate behavior from some male patrons made the experience uncomfortable. The only positive aspect of the evening was the waitress, who was efficient and attentive. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we left early along with other dissatisfied customers.

I didn't initially have a great experience at this restaurant. It took me three visits to get accustomed to it. The ambiance is usually good with a fun atmosphere. The food is average, and the lack of craft beer options is disappointing. The space is a bit cramped. I can't comment on the service as it was lacking. We had to wait a long time for the bill and ended up paying at the bar. Not all customers are as honest and decent as us.

I dined at this restaurant on October 7th. The friendly host greeted me and the courteous waitress took my order. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food, which was prepared with skill. The ambiance was excellent. Overall, it was a heavenly dining experience!
