Dinner became a cleanse, as one had forgotten the (ordered) main dishes after the soup. This was all the more annoying because we had reserved a table for dinner on the one hand, and on the other hand, because we made ourselves twice noticeable and apparently were not understood by the waiter. The first time we asked how long it was still. Answer: I'll see. In the second time and our remark we would have really hungry, others would have their food after us, the waiter noticed that we had soup. Then it became clear that the dishes were forgotten. We refused a preparation after 70 minutes and a coffee to the house, paid soups and drinks and went nuts. Too bad, even if you wanted to try, but the evening was broken and the gift is dark off; we were walking. It then went (again) to the hotel restaurant in the village. The plan to eat out in Birkendorf was unfortunately not up here. Vegetarian options: The card contained vegetarian start-up and main meals, e.g. Soup or cheese. Kid-friendliness: Easy to use, Parking: Sufficient parking in front of the Waldschenke. The way here from the sawmill is however unilluminated and in the parking lot it is as dark as the night.

Groundbreaking restaurant at Camping Platz. Few employees. It was almost an hour to eat. They were warned. The sausage of the sourd was a little intrigued. Food: 3 Service: 2 atmosphere: 3

We went to the Waldschenke as a large family and were thrilled. great food, great ambience and very, very nice staff. individual requests were taken into account. We were so satisfied that we stopped by the Waldschenke again the next day and that evening was also great in every respect. We can wholeheartedly recommend the Waldschenke and would love to come back! Thank you very much to the hosts for two great evenings with great food!

Very good, fat food at very fair prices. Always very friendly service. The corresponding camping is also highly recommended!
