Mama Fla The Authentic Italian Cuisine

I have ordered multiple times and usually love it but I recently ordered from the food truck and it was horrific. I got chicken Parm that tasted like vomit. The chicken tasted boiled and was precut in the sauce, and the chicken was not crispy at all. The sauce was so bad I couldn’t even eat it on a slice of bread. On another dish the risotto was undercooked. I usually love the cannolis so much but this time they lacked flavor, so it just tasted like I was eating chalk. I threw everything out sadly.

Hannah was delightful, we ordered food to prepare for Sunday night. Fresh pastas and a pasta salad.

Most authentic Italian food around. Owners are the best too. Highly recommended.

I am from the Bronx. Half my family is Italian. Mama Fla is amazing! This is it Idaho. This is the most Italian you're gonna get and it's never ever going to be this good again. I see the work and love that goes into this woman's food. Fresh pasta, homemade sauce (gravy), tiny meatballs cooked slow in the sauce until they become so tender they melt on your tongue. Passing thru or new to town, treat yourself to a home cooked meal.

Since they switch to a truck it's not good at all. Which is tragic considering the price. Microwaved to heat up made the alfredo separate and the risotto was super watery it was practically a soup. It's too expensive to be that poor of quality. Probably not coming back. Sorry to see such an icon become this.
