Ruth's Chris Steak House

We treated our sister and brother in law to dinner and everything went off exceptionally!! We had an amazing waiter, David, exceptional and we all ordered filet's and ribeye, which melt in your mouth!! We all enjoyed everything and can't wait to visit again!

Food is good. But they forgot our order. 1st order came at 45 mins. Tho they did apologize for that. Mains came 1 hr 15 mins after ordering. They forgot the dessert too, they just remembered cause we were trying to get the bill. Then we ordered coffee together w the dessert but they also forgot. Took us about another 20 mins just to bill out. Tho food is good, and the staff were kind enough to apologize.

This location was very clean and representative of the quality that Ruth's Chris Steak House is known for. The service was excellent and the food was prepared exactly as requested. The taste was superb! Definitely go and enjoy!!

For the money I spent I was really disappointed. The food was just okay. Being just okay is not good enough. The server we had didn't earn a tip. The meal earned his tip. My steak was overcooked, and the sweet potato casserole was too hot to serve someone. I burned my tongue!

Although we had reservations, chose to sit in the bar area as there was more light. Not a lot of people there at 5 PM on a Monday. Ordered appetizers. As we watch peoples food come out and our appetizers still weren't ready, I asked the waitress what happened to our appetizers and she said the first appetizer had been burnt and they had to remake it. Lack of communication. When finally receive the appetizer spinach and artichoke dip, the bread was cold. They had to toast more bread. My friend ordered a steak medium well it came out well done another friend ordered a steak, medium rare and it came out well done too had to send it back. Very disappointing.
