Bidrage med feedbackNew owners and the food were even better. Eating is something Spicer than the last owner and the buffet is only on Friday and Saturday. The lunch plates of the week for which they serve shall all die. They deliver, but are closed on Mondays.
Great South Indian cuisine and now serving an awesome buffet with a tasty variety for both vegetarian non-vegetarian foodies! Staff are pleasant attentive. My husband I frequent often and have found this to be one of the best Indian cuisine restaurants in the area.
The decor is beautiful and I believe it’s an improvement over the previous establishment that occupied this space. However, since they are still new, they might need some time to adjust to serving larger groups. During our visit with around 20 people, about a third of us received our meals quite late. On a positive note, the food still tasted fresh for the last few individuals who were served. I do wish they offered free Wi-Fi and that the buffet was available every day, as it’s currently only on select days. There are plenty of seats, but larger groups will need to push tables together. It’s probably a good idea to call ahead so that the waitstaff can assist with this. We definitely plan to return.
This is likely the best authentic Madurai-style food in New England. It really feels like dining in a restaurant in Madurai. I especially enjoyed the 'Madurai Mutton Sukka'—the aroma lingers on your hands for hours!
We always feel warmly welcomed at this restaurant. The waitstaff are helpful and willing to accommodate any special requests you might have. They also give you a heads-up if you order a dish that’s spicy, reminding you that Indian spices can be much hotter than you might expect. The rice and naan are always outstanding. I highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be returning for more!
