Whataburger - Tyler

Ordered on my app so I didn’t have to wait since I had to be at work and they said to pull to the window but my food was supposed to be ready so I asked if B lane or what and she was rude saying we only have one window. So because I didn’t have time to wait nor did I want cold food I pulled around and walked in to pick it up and they looked right at me then ignored me like I didn’t matter and I waited til I was pissed then left and sent my husband in to pick it up. This isn’t the first issue I have had with this location not sure why they are allowed to treat us this way.

Ordered a large order tonight after a very long horrible exausting terrible day of laying a family member to rest. Customer service was aweful. The teenage girl acted as though us ordering dinner was such a burden to her. And not only did we get treated like scum for merely order my a meal online, we also didn’t receive half of our $90 order. I have lived in Chapel Hill a whole 5 weeks and already the people and businesses here with the staff they have , have left me completely disgusted with this tiny community.

I used to be an area training manager and they passed all of my checks that I do out of habit.
