Taco Bell - Tyler

I encountered some of the most inept staff I've ever come across. They struggled to take my order, and when asked to repeat it back, it felt like I was conversing with someone who had just come off a long binge. When I got home, I was surprised they managed to put the food in a bag at all. Unfortunately, nothing was correct about my order. I'm starting to wonder if I even visited a Taco Bell or if I somehow ended up at a cafeteria run by patients in a mental health facility.

This Taco Bell on 5th Street is really disappointing. Every time I place a large order, I end up missing 1-2 items. For example, on November 8, 2020, I was left with only a chicken taco. I also didn't receive any assistance to address the issue. Customer service has been poor all year. I definitely won’t be returning.

Apollyon? This is the third time I've ordered a vegetarian burrito from this location. Unlike other places, this Taco Bell has no issues accommodating my dietary restrictions. Well done!

The lady who worked the speaker and the guy was very pleasant.

I ordered my food on the app and ordered all combos. Sent my husband to pick it up and they couldn?t find the order, were rude, and the food was very poorly made. Cold chalupas, with like 3 pieces of meat, sloppy Churchy tacos, and they forgot to give him ALL the drinks. Called and asked for a manager, of course the manager answered the phone ?Jessica Lopez?, she said come pick up the drinks, that I couldn?t get due to the distance and time that would of took. I asked for a refund and she said she wouldn?t do that to call the main number. I?ll call and tell them about it tomorrow. Simply POOR service. Will not eat or order from there again.
