Razzoo's Cajun Café - Tyler

The hostesses are never at the front, and we have had to grab our own menus and seat ourselves three times now. Despite there being four empty booths in the bar area, we were told we couldn't sit there because they were busy.

We had a very disappointing dining experience at this restaurant. Our server, Macy, completely ignored us for 10 minutes even though she saw us seated at a table. We had to ask for service, and when we mentioned we hadn't received menus from the host, she rudely walked away and ignored us again. Eventually, we moved to the bar top where we had to ask for refills and condiments. As someone who works in the service industry, we understand the importance of customer respect and acknowledging the needs of patrons. Unfortunately, Macy did not meet any of our needs or expectations, leaving us terribly disappointed. We were patient and courteous, but still left with a negative opinion of the service.
