Loved the diving sauce they have, but our pizza was not right, we had to go back and get it right

Better ingredients, better pizza, Papa John's. NOT. I ordered a big one with the works. No paprika supplement jalapeno. They removed the paprika, but there was no single jalapeno disc to find. It was chaotic. A slice didn't even have cheese. I picked it up. And they tried to put me in a tip. For what? When I picked it up, I could just type, how good they made the pizza and I don't believe in rewarding bad work or bad behavior. I stopped buying from Papa John's, but when Shaq became a member, I gave them another shot. Sorry. Shaq, I'm out.

I'm a Uber Eats driver and I'm always in and out of this restaurant. Whenever I get a delivery, I'm in the restaurant within 5 minutes. I've never been to Papa John's and had to wait for dinner. Guaranteed if you order your pizza from Papa Johns will be hot. Not impressed with the crustless pizza. Cold, flavorless....worst ever
