Mcdonald's - Tyler

I ordered breakfast burritos twice within one week for work. Each time I ordered between 10-12 burritos, but both times my order was incorrect and the service was slow. However, the staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I arrived at the door around 6:10, even though the restaurant was supposed to be open at 6. The staff in the lobby tried to turn me away, saying they were not open yet. After some arguing, they finally let me in, but then ignored my order for 5-10 minutes. I just wanted to grab breakfast and hurry back to the sick relative I had been caring for. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I have worked at various McDonald's and other fast food restaurants. The service here was definitely the worst I have ever seen.

I recently visited this restaurant and found the staff to be unresponsive and slow, despite it not being busy. Several cars even left the drive-thru due to long wait times. I waited over 15 minutes for a 6-piece chicken order. When I considered asking for a refund, the staff finally took my order, but their service was rude. The person assisting me seemed to have a negative attitude towards their job, claiming that people do not like to cook. I hope these employees are replaced rather than continuing to work in customer service.

I have about 22,000 I don't use. on the rewards on the app gives them great offers. better then score. deals s,m,l cold coffee, hot or cold. $1 big French pommes. 50 cent burgers. buy a 20 piece of nuggets 2 big pommes free, much more!

Fast service and the food and mainly the fries were hot and fresh! For a late night snack I was impressed with McDonalds.
