Longhorn Steakhouse - Tyler

Visiting family and went to this statehouse the food came and half was cold. Talking to the manager to let him know about it. He asked if he could warm it up and was told no thank you because we don 't like to send food back. The manager said why with a smile you don 't trust me with a smart Attitude and when we said yes we don 't he just Laughed and walked away. He didn 't even care what we felt or that we could NOT enjoy our time or the food. Thank GOD our Waitress was good. This place needs a manager who cares about the people who is supporting the Restaurant. Big party going elsewhere.

Wow, excellent service, considering we were a table of 9 people. Two servers and the manager came by checking on us several times. Salmon was wonderful, and my husband's ribeye steak very tasty! Sides and salads are good too. All in all,it was a great meal and fun Tuesday evening.

Absolutely amazing, I had the 20oz outlaw ribeye cooked to perfection. The waitress was very attentive. My first time there but will not be my lastEdit: it was actually my birthday

We were at the Tyler Longhorn this evening .. We have been there many times , sometimes the food is very good , other times it is NOT .. Today was the later …. My salad had a chemical smell and the taste was off too .. like they hadn’t rinsed the lettuce well .. I could not eat it .. I ordered Steak med/well and shrimp .. the steak was well done and tuff , the shrimp on skewers was cold .. my husband had the chopped steak and he said the gravy was terrible and his fries were not even warm . My son had the Chicken Fried Steak and he said it was okay .. our food was over $60 and frankly I wish I had just cooked dinner at home .. I was very very disappointed in it . To make things worse , our server was very unfriendly and seemed irritated with us . He gave what I would call poor service and I left his tip accordingly .. My daughter and her husband had issues with their food too , both had steaks and they had to be sent back .. not once but twice on my daughters ..she finally just told them to take it off the bill .. I am very sorry to have to leave such a negative review but in all truth the food and service didn’t even deserve 1 star .. Theresa Haines , Bullard , Texas

Arrived 130-200 Labor Day. About 10 other tables occupied. Order taken promptly and went down hill after that. Waited 20 min for soup/salad. Had to ask 3 times in 30 minutes for drink I had ordered when we arrived. Got our food 45 minutes after we ordered-evidently under the warmer for a while (hot plate/lukewarm food). Ordered my steak medium well-was served medium rare. My husband ate my steak and I ate my shrimp and baked potato. Certainly not worth the $70 we spent. Won’t be back
