Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

My first time here from out of town.Not what i expected. I had the blue burger i beleive , the burgers look bigger in the pictures. It?s 2 beef Pattie?s but the beef Pattie?s are thin as well as fries. I paid $12-14 for the meal definitely not worth the price. I would stick to whataburger. Recommend to try .

I have a major concern. If I hadn’t worked in a similar establishment, I wouldn’t understand why the floors and tables are so dangerously slick. The problem arises from using the same rags and mops from the prep area in the dining area. This is a serious issue because it leaves an oily residue on the floor, which, combined with outside moisture, creates a treacherously slippery surface. I have brought this up before, but it seems to have been ignored. To make matters worse, there’s water dripping from the air handler on the roof, further aggravating the situation. Immediate action is needed to degrease the floors, and a strict policy must be enforced to prevent cleaning supplies from the prep area from being used in the dining area (which should have rubber floor mats). Today, I twisted my back after stepping into the dining area, only to find a surface slicker than ice. This restaurant has consistently had cleaning issues, making it difficult to find a clean table, not to mention the food often found on the floor beneath them. I am quite upset that I hurt myself again today.

This was my first visit, and overall, it was a good experience. The service was attentive, especially since I went during off-peak hours at 4 PM. The burgers are like smash burgers; we tried the original double and the California. The only difference was that the California had raw onions. The cheese curds were delicious, and I wish we had ordered fries as well! We also tried the mini Turtle concrete, but unfortunately, their vanilla ice cream machine was broken, so we ended up with chocolate ice cream instead. It was a bit too soft, but the flavor was nice. I just wish it had been a little more frozen. Regardless, I’ll definitely be back!

Mary is an excellent hire, and you shouldn't overlook her just because some may feel frustrated by the slower pace. She is a valuable asset to her business. People need to learn to take things a bit more slowly these days.

The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. However, the portion sizes were a bit too large for me. If they could add a senior menu, it would make everything perfect!
