I tried to put a pick-up order, no one answered the phone. three couples got the same answer again. Nothing. I guess they weren't trained to take over telephone calls. or even how to pick it up to answer it.

They were short when my bus of 34 plus 2 riders went up. they did a fantastic job when they were shot.

Don't quote me on this one because I'm bias when it comes to DQ. Every time I go to one I feel like a kid again. I can remember when they had the small container of ice cream with the wooden spoon, I love DQ.
