Starbucks - Twinsburg

I really love this place; the drinks are consistently well-made. However, I had a bit of an issue during my last visit. I placed a mobile order for a pink drink with a splash of peach juice, but when I received it, the drink wasn't filled all the way. I found it puzzling, especially since the same thing happened to the person I was with—we both ordered Venti drinks.

In a previous review, I mentioned that we all know what to expect from Starbucks and their services. Each location delivers consistent quality, and the baristas are friendly and helpful. This particular location has some of the best service I’ve experienced. They prepare everything just as advertised and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

The restaurant has a very clean environment, and the staff is both responsive and friendly. They adhere to pandemic protocols, which adds to the sense of safety. It's a fantastic spot for both work and study.

Always a good experience with this Starbucks, always quick friendly helpful service and proper food and beverage orders here.

Walked in, didn't realize it was only for mobile order pickup. Was told to place my order via app and so I did. The barista made my order right then and there, didn't wait too long. Forget the never ending line at the drive thru do mobile order!
