Imo's Pizza - Twin Oaks

A chain location with a Cheers bar type of feel.Me me wanna tip for takeoutLook…….it’s Imo’s ? at the end of the day but the customer service was so chill and accommodating. Not sure who the guy was that helped me out but he gave off an owner/operator type of vibe like Sam from Cheers. He offered me a drink while I waited for my carry out order and was overall super friendly. Kept me updated on when to expect my pizza and didn’t forget to offer Parmesan and red pepper ?️ flakes when it came out the oven. Didn’t feel like just another customer idk ??‍ Anyway food was hot and delicious so of course I’ll be back.

Ordered on Dec 18th. Absolutely disgusting!! Every slice we bit into had long hairs in it, couldn't even finish. Also, began feeding this to our 4 yr old daughter before realizing the mistake!! Absolutely disgusting!!! Didn't help that it was also the 1 yr anniversary of my father in law's death... I normally love Imo's, but this was appalling. Do better!!

Extremely rude management. My brother’s delivery driver demanded more a tip and he was harassed by management! This lady called him multiple times. Crazy!

There must be a 2023 provel shortage. I paid for extra cheese and get 2 measly half slices on my sandwich. Not enough cheese to cover the cheese garlic bread. Roulette on pizza quality, 50/50 it's decent.
