Cold Stone Creamery - Twin Falls

Got I read some of the other reviews before I mean and there is a common thema. customer service and settings to customers. now first off when they have a sweet tooth, no matter how rude or cold someone is cold stone the place to go! that is, the two young men who run the restaurant were not in tune and had better things to do on the phone. I think a strong manager influence in every company creates a work flow that goes through to all employees and then to the customers. it was like they had to work there because the school is out and their parents forced them to do it. there is always room for improvements from stone cold to cold stone.

Cold Stone is always a good place to get custom ice cream the price is pretty high though and the staff isn't always friendly but we had a good time

It was so busy the last time we were there! The staff was cheerful and got everyone taken care of quickly and efficiently. While I was there with my kids, I heard zero complaints from employees or patrons.

Definitely love ice cream. But to the lady behind the counter your shitty attitude is not welcomed by anyone you need a serious reality check!

Delicious ice cream, took my girls and really enjoyed it.
