Carl's Jr. - Twin Falls

The food was delicious, the employees were nice, the bathrooms were clean ,I had a really good experienced honestly, no Karen's around around bc as I've been seeing them along lately ,and the ice machines a bit broken so I think they should fix ,that the employees are really really nice and their doing the 2 for $1 cookie sale so I definitely recommend that ,anyways I had a very good experience and I recommend it.

My burger was good with real onion slices, lettuce and tomato. Restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were clean as well. Employees were nice.

Late night wasn't good. Messed up order after an attitude was given due to a simple question about drink options. Seemed mad at us cuz we requested that our order get fixed. Their ONLY saving grace was the fresh criss cut fries! Won't be back to this location.

Horrible. Customer service was severely lacking. The guy behind the counter didn't greet me at all. He just stared at me until I started giving him my order. Very uncomfortable. And then to top it off the burgers were cold. Like they had already been made for someone else. The only thing that was hot and fresh were the french fries. I like Carl's Jr. But this location needs better employees.

Kent is always so friendly in the drive-thru every morning. The food is great. It can be a bit slow at times, but overall, everything is fine!
