Tortoise Rock Casino - Twentynine Palms

We've been going this spring/summer for the free Friday night outdoor tribute band concerts. It's been fantastic. Easy parking, great food from the Oasis Grill, great music, and some fun gambling afterwards. Highly recommend.

It's great for their free concerts and they're so much fun. The problem is they allow smoking and even outside it really is bothersome because everyone is so close together. I would love to gamble there but the little no smoking section doesn't do anything.

Nice and quaint casino, the staff was extremely helpful, very friendly and personable. The machines were clean as where the areas around them, service was quick and even the machines paid out

This casino stinks, the scent they pump in to cover the smoking is worse than the smoke! It chokes me, you can smell it from the parking lot, and it sticks to your clothes within 3 minutes. They really need better smoke-eaters and less nauseating air perfume.The gaming/slots are average, snack bar is very limited, bar is understaffed always.

Came to support the local tribe. Nice place but the air is way too smoky for my wife so I could not stay long , quiet low budget casino , sandwiches offered in the back. Machines were too modern for my taste. I like some of the older ones. But I wish them well.
