Yang's Braised Chicken Rice - Tustin

I think they should disable their auto-accept feature for Uber Eats when they're closed instead of charging customers. The food has been good in the past, but I want a refund because I didn't receive my order. It's frustrating.

Stop using paper bowls! They are very inconvenient for takeout orders. By the time I got back to work, all the broth had leaked out and soaked through the bag. Thankfully, it didn't spill in my car! The food was delicious, but this is really frustrating!

I only recently visited this restaurant, so I can't compare it to how it was before the pandemic. However, I must say that the flavor of the food is outstanding. Unfortunately, there are several issues. The drink options were limited due to missing ingredients for teas, the drink fountain wasn't working, and the bathroom lacked a functioning lock. Additionally, the customer service was somewhat abrasive. While the dining area was clean, it had a rather sad atmosphere. I was served in the clay pots, which had been temporarily removed, and the food was incredibly tasty. It seems that, like many other restaurants, the pandemic has taken a toll on this location.

I was there last week. While the other restaurants were filled with people, this one only had two customers inside. I knew this restaurant brand but did not have chances tried before. Due to my schedule, I just decided to give it a try… while it seems a mistake. The smell inside the room is quite strange. The food was absolutely nothing like the ads on the wall. It was more like a chicken mushroom soup. The flavor is okay with a lot of ginger inside. Will definitely not go there again.

I used to really like this place but the food doesn't really taste the same as before the pandemic, less flavor more watery. I've seen other reviews that the clay pots are no longer used and wonder if this is the reason. You don't come here for the ambiance, and if the food doesn't taste the same there isn't much of a reason to return
