The layout of the restaurant is fantastic, and the service is both friendly and prompt. The smoothies are delicious!

When I approached to place my order, there was no greeting or welcome—just a hard stare as if she was waiting for me to speak first. I asked her, “What, no good morning?” to which she replied with a somewhat annoyed “Good morning.” I then tried to order, but I had to repeat my points information three times because she couldn't get the numbers right. After she completed my order, she finally asked if I wanted a lid, which seemed obvious since it was for takeout. As I was leaving, I wished her a better day, but her rudeness really stood out to me. She seemed quite young, probably fresh out of high school or in her early twenties. Overall, my experience was disappointing due to her lack of customer service skills.

I absolutely love the staff at this location! They are incredibly friendly. One employee in particular always has the best recommendations, and I've never had a problem with my drink. I also appreciate this place because it's conveniently close to my job, allowing me to quickly grab my drink without having to wait long.

I ordered 2 drinks online and when I noticed mine tasted nothing like it normally does (it was revolting, to be frank), I politely asked if they can remake it, immediately I was met with a nasty accusatory attitude, the guy tried to humiliate mewhile he was making it by talking to me like he was talking to a 5-year-old, which I ignored. Very uncomfortable experience. Iwill make sure I NEVER come back to this Jamba Juice, EVER. And I?d strongly advise anyone else to do the same.

Depending on who is working, ordering ahead doesnt always matter. They have one person in the before office hours shift. There is one woman who moves with the speed of light and you might get lucky. Expect a 5-10 minute wait no matter how you ordered.Just put your waiting hat on and don't grumble, they are making food and drinks as fast as possible.
