The service at this restaurant can be quite slow, and the coffee is just average. The main draw is its convenient location and captive clientele. That's why it's worth a visit.

I found this cafe to be convenient while visiting the Burnside Library, however, I was disappointed by its tired and unattractive appearance. The magazines were outdated, the food options were unappealing, and my coffee was only lukewarm despite my request for a hot one. When I raised this issue, I was informed that the coffee could only be heated to a certain temperature, which was surprising as I have not encountered this problem at other locations. It is a shame, as this cafe used to be excellent, but I will not be returning.

I would suggest not going to this restaurant. While the location and food are okay, they are not outstanding. The staff's attitude towards customers is quite unusual. They seem to prioritize socializing with other staff members, retreating to the backroom, and wiping down surfaces that are already clean over attending to your needs. Orders are not necessarily taken care of in the order they were received – some customers and tasks are given preferential treatment. Thankfully, there are plenty of other cafes in both Greenhill Road and the nearby Burnside Village shopping center that offer better food and more traditional customer service.

Better avoided. The location and food is acceptable though not great. The attitude of staff to customers is unique. Expect socialising with other council staff or each other, retreating into the backroom, and wiping down already clean surfaces, to take priority over you. Do not expect orders to be attended to in the same order as they were received – favoured customers and preferred tasks take precedence. Fortunately there are many other cafes with better food and more conventional customer focus in both Greenhill Road and the Burnside Village shopping centre adjacent.
