Bidrage med feedbackThe food was excellent and served promptly. However, I didn’t give it five stars because I ordered a vanilla Frosty but was handed a chocolate one at the window. When I mentioned the mix-up, the staff member simply said, "We only have vanilla," without any further explanation. This was concerning because the treat was for my son, who is allergic to chocolate. Although I ended up eating it, I had to make an extra stop at Chick-fil-A for vanilla ice cream.
The food was delicious and served quickly. I didn’t give a full five stars because I ordered a vanilla Frosty but received a chocolate one at the window. When I pointed it out, the worker claimed they only had vanilla. This was a concern since it was for my son, who is allergic to chocolate. In the end, I ate the chocolate Frosty and had to make an additional stop at Chick-fil-A for the vanilla ice cream.
The burgers were lukewarm and a bit dry, and the buns were neither warm nor toasted. However, the fries were hot. They should probably double-check the drinks before serving them, especially since it was after 11:00.
1. answer the speaker as soon as customers pull up and GREET THEM. 2. Try and speak professionally. 3. Don’t cut people off to say you’re out of something. Try possibly getting a brighter person to make the food orders so that won’t be an issue. 4. Say “hello, how are you?” at the window with a smile. Thank your customers before driving off. 5. Stop serving cold, stale food.
Went to get a Honey Hot chicken sandwich and they gave me a piece of chicken on bread. Plus the Coke wasn’t carbonated and the fries were old. Not going here again
