Dairy Queen - Turtle Lake

The chicken basket was good, and the ice cream was great. However, the cheeseburger didn’t taste fresh, and the bottom of the bun was hard. I finished it, but it wasn't anything to rave about. Hoping for a better experience next time!

There were four or five employees standing around chatting while we waited. Eventually, we received one Blizzard, but had to wait for the others while they continued their conversation. When the second Blizzard was finally brought to the window, we asked the worker for some lids. She turned and handed my son three clear plastic sundae cups, quickly closed the window, and walked away. We sat there waiting for the last Blizzard, still watching the employees talk. When she returned with the final Blizzard, I informed her that we had received cups instead of lids and asked for the lids again. She acted as if she didn’t understand what I meant. I had to specifically describe the type of lid I was looking for. Finally, she turned around and grabbed three dome lids, handed them to my son in a hurry, and then shut the window and went back to join her coworkers chatting. Unfortunately, those were three large lids for our three medium Blizzards. We eventually gave up and decided to leave. We will not be returning.

The chicken strip basket was disappointingly small, with only three bite-sized pieces of chicken and around 15 French fries. I honestly thought it was a joke. On the bright side, the blizzard, as always, was fantastic!

Absolutely horrible. We waited for our food for 40 minutes just for our food to be over cooked, and our gravy was very liquidity, thin, and tasted like milk water. The girl taking our order didn?t even talk to us, she didn?t say hi, read back ourorder or have a single ounce of customer service skills along with her other co workers. We could hear swearing in the backround that was very loud and the lobby was full of kids. Very unfortunate for such a high trafficked area.

Went thru drive thru on Sun June 26 2022 Ordered just a banana split. One person ahead of me. He ordered food. Sat in line waiting for 17 min!! Banana split was not melted but it was malty!! Never again!!!!
