Domino's Pizza Turramurra

We received terrible service and there was people eating while sitting out in the open. Pizzas were cut very poorly. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40

Extremely poor service. I arrived at the store with my name showing as green/ready on the screen and the girl says ignore the screen as it'll take another 5mins. I could see 4 pizzas and 4 sides just sitting there so asked again and was told it was for someone else. My name went off the screen with a flurry of new orders. After a good 20mins waiting I ask again and she calls a supervisor to check my order. Voila, the pizzas sitting there for the last 20+mins were actually mine. I said this is unacceptable having to pay full price for a pizza that may be cold by now and she calls the manager who says in the fast food industry you can expect this due inexperienced staff. He gave me the option to take the pizza at full price or leave it. I tried pickup this time since I remember an hour long wait last time I ordered takeaway. Will definitely be going to another store with experienced staff next time we feel like having a cheap pizza.

This service at this store is beyond awful. Pizzas have arrived cold, delivered to an incorrect address (even with clear delivery instructions), pizzas are sometimes missing ingredients, workers laugh at you and are rude on the phone, the workers don't greet or acknowledge you when you actually do go to the store, you're waiting around whilst workers are on person calls... the list goes on regarding why this place is the worst. Don't get pizza from here. Don't bother with this store.
