Gyros More - Turlock

We got falafel plate and sandwich, so I can’t speak about the meats but what we did get was bland, dry and under seasoned “Mediterranean” food. Both the rice and the fries were disappointing and the salad was even worse, as it had no dressing or seasoning at all. Falafel were ok but I wouldn’t go back for them. Also the prices were outrageous especially considering the poor quality of the food. In addition to all that, I was asked if I wanted to make the sandwich a combo and I declined saying I would only get a side of fries but no drink. I was still charged for the combo, at which point I just asked for my drink since they’re charging me for it anyway. I specifically asked if the sandwich had any dairy and they said no, no cheese, no dairy just hummus. It did have hummus but it also had a yogurt sauce — dairy. Won’t be returning here.

The food and service were outstanding. I was truly impressed by the way we were treated during our visit. We've been dining here for over five years and have never been let down. The photo of our plates captures the joy of enjoying delicious, authentic Greek cuisine. The atmosphere is calm, and the music and television create a setting that makes you want to linger longer. The staff is excellent and went above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Gyros More!

The customer service was exceptional, and the food was even better! I would highly recommend trying the chipotle gyro—definitely a perfect 10/10!

This restaurant has the best family atmosphere! The people here are fantastic. I just ordered some food, and I can't wait to try it. Such an amazing family-owned place!
