Booked via phone, everything ok... But in the meantime, the Christmas decorations were being made inside.... But that's fine. We sit down with a little girl and ask for a plate of pasta with sauce (excellent) which arrived after an hour and a half... perhaps because he forgot to give the order... A terrible fried seafood (it wasn't even good for the cats strays) and some chips (excellent) not to mention the fried smell inside... If I were the owner I would ask myself a question about what I'm doing wrong or much less ask the customer if everything was ok.... but obviously The world is beautiful because it is varied. Have a nice dinner and lunch everyone.

I was in this small but truly unique bistro in Turi for Easter. As soon as we entered, my girlfriend and I were promptly greeted by the head of the room and sommelier who was able to recommend the perfect wine for the occasion. The very refined location makes you immediately perceive the attention to detail and the research into the stylistic choices adopted, characteristics that will be found in every single course of the menu. The entire experience was a journey , a term used several times within the menu, in which nothing was left to chance: the sequence of the appetizers and then the main courses, up to the dessert, was a succession of emotions and flavors perfectly matched and balanced. Worthy of note is the quality of the raw materials used, at the highest levels. I will definitely return other times to try every course on the menu. Highly recommended.
