Great service; pleasant environment; Wels PoBoy was great; classic burgers kicked pickles were also great

Excellent service and staff were so hospitable, especially considering that we were like the last customers before closing. We came to take care of us and the server that took care of us was over polite, social, attentive and made us feel very welcome and well maintained. Great failures all around. I would like to complicate one thing safely and this is the fact that you guys actually wrap your chicken on your salads in aluminum foil for going meals and that is so smart and no other Restraunt does this, but we have noticed most securely and enjoyed this difference between you and other competitors.

Service was nice. Chicken pliers were overcooked and hard. We are regular patrons at O'Charlies and will continue to be. Maybe the food will be better.

This restaurant food is just not what it used to be. One of us four liked salmon and sweet potatoes and two said the potato soup was good. My fried chicken salad wasn't good. The chicken was as hard as trying to eat rocks and I miss the bowls where it was served earlier. You can't stir a salad on a plate.

Honestly, the food was pretty good, but it was the service that ruined the night. We got sat at 5:55pm, but didn’t get a serve to acknowledge us until 6:25pm. Finally after flagging down a sever, she mentioned she was new. Which is fine, but we didn’t get drinks, until 6:40pm. I got a side salad with my meal, never came out. We didn’t get our food, until 7pm. We ate our food in about 20 minutes, and we were walking out the door by 7:30pm. It was a fairly slow night, no wait, plenty of open tables. Just didn’t make sense to why we had this experience. My Louisiana sirloin was cooked perfect though. Just wish we would have been treated better.
