Mcdonald's - Tupelo

Candace resolved a mistake made at a McDonald's we visited earlier. My daughter and I ordered two peppermint hot chocolates and waited for them to cool down before tasting them. Unfortunately, we found out they were lattes instead of hot chocolate. Disappointed, we stopped at store #33459, as we had a pleasant experience there before. Candace quickly made sure we received exactly what we wanted! It didn't matter that the error wasn't hers; she genuinely cared about assisting every McDonald's customer. Thank you, Candace, and thank you to McDonald's #33459 for making our journey home much sweeter! Happy New Year to Candace and all the wonderful ladies who helped us today!

The young lady at the register was extremely polite and friendly. I ordered two McRibs, and they were neatly arranged in the box. Instead of the meat being separated from the bun, everything was nicely put together. The onions and pickles were carefully placed on the sandwiches, and overall, they were very professionally made. This was a well-presented meal.
