Logan's Roadhouse - Tupelo

The server was beautiful and it was a nice atmosphere. The food was okay. My steak was on the dry side, and the grilled shrimps had no spices. Fried shrimps had a nice dough and seasoned. But my strawberry margarita was very good. I think the food could have been better, but as I said, the waitress was a pleasure.

In addition to the waitress who wore 6 bread baskets in one hand and sow elders in the other hand. breathed, laughing and spoke about them even using their chin to keep the bread from falling...then she leads directly to the tables in the area she worked..

If you like fresh, HOT, Yeast Rolls Logan is the place. We had 10 minutes to lunch specialties and were denied lunch prices. Otherwise the food was great.

Logan’s is one of my favorite chain backpack houses! Our waitress was super friendly. We came what we expected to be a busy night, the parking was not full at all, and we have 10/15 minutes after arrival. We had a movie to catch 7:45 and we sat at 6:20. Quickly ordered, drinks, salads, rolls quickly came back to us. Only complaint is waiting for an hour, our food has not been done yet, and we have been told that it would be something else. They offered to speed things up, but we had no more time at this point to get through the city. Waitress was super nice, we offered to pay for drinks and salad, but she told us it was good and we could go. Other than waiting for food over an hour and going, everything else was good.

I normally don't post poor reviews, but my experience here was one I had to tell so this establishment can work on business process improvements to keep customers coming back. My wife and I pulled into town to purchase a vehicle this evening. We wrapped up the deal and came to one of our favorite places Logan's. When we first stepped into the entrance to be seated, I told my wife let's go to AppleBees. I knew the we were about to get slow service. It was a long wait to be seated and you can see orders from the kitchen was a struggle to put out. It wasn't busy at all. We ordered our drinks and had to while about 40 minutes for our food to arrive. When our food came, our order was wrong. So the hot wings had to go back. Guess what, I had to wait 10 more minutes for my food. The waitress Audrey apologized and went to see if the Manager would discount our bill for poor meal preparation/very slow service. Well as you can see, a free tea $0 and two free waters $0. Thank God for the rolls and butter with the Strawberry Lemonade. Those three items gave me life because I was truly hangary/hungry. Back to Alabama we go, please seek other eateries before you come to this location. If you're on a date and need some introduction time, this is the place. You can have a long ice breaker with no interruptions of worrying about when your meal is coming up. Audrey was a good waitress and I truly appreciate her customer service. She had no control over what was going on in the kitchen. :
