Kfc - Tupelo

This is by far the worse KFC I have ever gotten food from. I ordered the 10 piece meal. For 32.00. Told them I wanted at least 4 legs. And could leave out something that was not a legend instead of 2 potatoes as and gravy and a cold slaw I wanted I pot and gravy and Mac and cheese. I got no legs no Mac and cheese. When I called back to tell thm they got my order wrong I asked to speak to a manager she was very rude. I called back 3 more times each time asking for a manager. All 4 said they were managers and hung up on me. I will never go there again

Found pieces of scrub pad in my food from buffet and the staff/management dismissed this as if we know it's happened before only explanation was that's from the kitchen.

Don't order regular fried chicken! SO soggy and greasy! Colonel Sanders would turn over in his grave if he tasted the stuff. However, the crispy chicken sandwich was better.

The staff are friendly and put in a lot of effort. However, the prices are nearly double what we expected. For our monthly outings, it just doesn't seem worth it.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member who assisted me was not only rude but also sarcastic and loud. She mumbled her words, making it difficult for me to understand, so I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. I had placed an online order about 30 minutes before arriving, and when I got there, they asked me to pull forward and then made me wait another 10 minutes. When I returned to the window, she handed me a bag of food, but when I requested a refund, she abruptly closed the window in my face. After waiting a few minutes, I tried to ask for my money back again, but she threatened to call the police and shut the window on me once more, all while refusing to give me her name. I have never encountered such poor service in my life.
