Kermit's Outlaw Kitchen - Tupelo

Helpful staff, delicious food. I didn?t expect fresh Parmesan to be grated over the fries, which was delightful! Another favorite: the cauliflower breadsticks. I?m from Nebraska, and I brought my family to Kermit?s for some BBQ and soul food after visiting Elvis Presley?s Birthplace (5 minutes drive from Kermit?s). Now I wanna come back to Tupelo!

I really liked this restaurant. Most of the menu wasn’t vegan but my salad with quinoa and nutritional yeast and edamame was and was absolutely delicious. The staff was really nice. The cauliflower bread sticks were amazing. Updated from previous review on 2021-10-23

Good vegan options! Staff was super super nice. Cool environment, good food. Those cauliflower breadsticks are so dang good. I should’ve bought a box of them to go. My only issue is that the marinated tomatoes side was actually just mixed veggies (see bottom left). Still tasty though! Also note that some things on the online menu are listed as vegan when they aren’t, but the physical menu in the restaurant fixes this. There are some things listed as vegan, but have honey that can be removed and replaced, as they have agave.
