Charleys Philly Steaks - Tupelo

I love getting the Chicken Philly Sandwiches!! They are made fresh to order, and the fries are always super fresh hot. I go to the mall just to get a sandwich!! ????

The food was delicious, the prices were high, and the staff were very attentive.

I had a problem with my order, and sadly, the customer service was unhelpful in addressing the issue.

The food was absolutely fantastic. Darnell, our server, was exceptionally friendly and cheerful. We will definitely be coming back!

I believe this restaurant should be shut down due to the extremely poor service. A friend of mine witnessed a member of the staff spitting in someone's food before serving it. When the customer requested a refund, security was called. If they’re willing to behave this way in front of a full dining room, just imagine what they might do when no one is watching. Additionally, they denied the customer a refund.
