Eat there once a week for several years. No more offers. The food was pretty good. They calculate 1.50 to cook the chicken extra crispy. Servers that were helpful in substitution. Won?t be back Too expensive for lunch
Enjoy my visit here. What she really put on par is the bartender Robyn. An old fashion and me? ve NEVER EVER NEVA NEVA had made it right for such perfection it was so refreshing my visit of great to everything what word is better than great. The food looked great and tasted even better. The staff was friendly, I look forward to my next visit.
Let me say the bright spot was our server. She did the best she could. The food not so much, most of what came out was best lukewarm. I think it was Easter and maybe something busy, but we sat right away so that it wasn't the case. I wish I could report differently, but this is quite typical for all BWW today. You better bring it together corporately, or people will do their business elsewhere.
I came with a group of 3 for lunch. We got to B WW before 12. There was some kind of miscommunication between who was suppose to be our server so our order wasn?t taken until 20 minutes after being seated. Took another 20 to get our food. When Morgan sat our food down we asked for to go boxes because we needed to get back to work. A table that sat down beside us after we ordered our food had also just gotten theirs and were boxing their food. We tried to ask Morgan about the 15 minute lunch guarantee but she didn?t comprehend what we were asking so we asked for the manager, Carrie. Carrie came to our table with an attitude and stank face before we had even spoken with her. She was very rude and told us that BWW was corporate now and policies had changed and she couldn?t honor any type of discount. She then held out her hand for my card for payment like the conversation was over. I?ve worked in the food industry and there are a lot of improvements that can be made starting with your server not talking people out of ordering food they want to try by calling it ?horrible? and by improving the way your ?manager? handles questions from customers. A smile and polite answer would have gotten a lot further than a smirk and eye roll. Not interested in returning.
