The reheated food was terrible and ended up being thrown away. I was really disappointed and definitely would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Zany was a great character to Chinese food fresh and good customer service but I've noticed the food is quite lacking taste and warmed up tasteless food as a disappointment to chips have been reusable to the rice bland without taste delivery is cash only with card payment on pick up Car parking is only 15m due to the pub has paid parking More disappointing points to the good points Also not available on a Monday evening

Slimy chicken balls raw chips told to bring take away back! Overall waste money an everyone felt unwell after family of 5. Won’t be back

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and one of the items I ordered was sweet and sour chicken balls. After driving 8 miles to pick up my order and paying for it, I discovered that the chicken balls were missing when I unpacked the food at home. I called the restaurant to inform them of the mistake, but the young employee who answered the phone had poor customer service skills. He told me to come back and pick up the missing item, despite the distance. When I asked if they could deliver it instead, they refused. I requested a refund, but they hung up on me. After persistent attempts, I was able to get a refund but was disappointed with the rude and incompetent staff. I will not be dining at this restaurant again.

We ordered from Zan on a Saturday evening and all agreed it was the best Chinese takeaway we’ve ever had. Great menu selection, top quality and very generous portions. It took just over an hour to arrive which was expected given it was a Saturday night, but the food arrived hot and fresh. The food wasn’t sticky and greasy like other takeaways we’ve had in the past. Would thoroughly recommend!
