I stayed here overnight due to its close proximity to the airport. The check-in process was fairly comfortable, although it felt a bit slow for someone who was tired. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, creating a cozy atmosphere. However, the shower could use some modernization, and the TV was a bit small given its distance from the bed. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would likely return or recommend it to a friend.

The hotel is decent overall, but the customer service could use some improvement as the staff's attitudes were excessively intense. On the positive side, they offered a complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, my omelette was overcooked, although it still had good flavor. The room itself was spacious, featuring a king-size bed. They also provided water, snacks, tea, and coffee, which was nice. My main concern was the location; it was quite busy since it was situated near the highway and airport. Many amenities, like the bar and pool, closed early. On the bright side, the security staff were very helpful in assisting us with finding things late at night. If you need something, there’s a Quik Shop about a 20-minute walk away. During the day, across the busy highway, you can find Church's Chicken and several other fast food places.

I cannot recommend this hotel/restaurant. We had to change rooms twice before finally getting a decent one, and even then, the TV didn't work and the bathroom door wouldn't close or open properly—my daughter tried to fix it herself. Breakfast was mediocre; we were not satisfied at all, giving it a rating of 5 out of 10. The service was alright, and the receptionist was kind, but overall, I found their prices to be excessively high.

I had the most incredible getaway in Trinidad! I can't wait to go back with my friends and family. The staff were extremely friendly, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic.

I visited this restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday, and I was very impressed. Both the service and the food were excellent. My waitress was efficient and displayed a high level of professionalism.
