Plaza Jalisco - Tumwater

Disappointing! Waiter dropped our plates on the table with a quick here you go , left in a rush. Had to look for silverware. While doing so, another guest said they had to do the same thing with a chuckle. Food was out in under 5 mins. Bad chips, taste of old grease. Ordered chimichangas that were virtually empty. Rice is not mexican rice. Nothing good here to report except the water.

The chips tasted like they had been fried in old oil, but the salsa was very good. I ordered chicken nachos. The chicken was very good, but it was covered in melted cheddar cheese not very traditional or fitting because as it cooled, it got hard everything stuck together. White Mexican cheese would have been so much better. The decor was colorful and the restaurant was clean. My husband enjoyed his enchiladas and cold draft beer.

The food was delicious and perfect portion.Staff was friendly and attentive. Parking: Small parking lot, but we had no trouble. Wheelchair accessibility: We were concerned we would not be able to use wheel chair or walker but either would be easily accommodated.
