Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

We had excellent and fast service at the Cowboy restaurant!

I ordered a pizza with 2 toppings and paid for it, but when I got home it only had cheese on it. When I called the restaurant, they told me there was a system glitch and offered to add the toppings if I brought the pizza back, but I would have to pay extra for them. I was already charged for 2 toppings and received none. This is terrible customer service.

I always have a great experience at this restaurant. I have dietary restrictions and need dairy-free options, and they are always very accommodating.

I go here about every week. The order is always spot on. Everyone is a delight and polite.

Ms. ‘Worked here for 17 years’ providing lackluster customer service, and wanted to argue over a Papa Murphy’s nationally issued coupon. The code has been the same for just about as long as she claims to have worked there ? great pizza. At least they honored it after arguing for 5 minutes. PM Corporate needs to issue webinars for employee coupon training or something. Jeez.
