Bidrage med feedbackYou’re going here to experience the jungly treehouse vibe NOT the food or drink. The cheaper Main courses are $100+ so if you and your date plan on having an appetizer, two mains and a couple drinks each know you’ll be spending $500+ My date and I tried to walk around after dinner and got stopped repeatedly and shoo’ed away. We were told the areas were closed. They have zero empathy that you just dropped a bunch of cash for dinner. We felt really unwelcome at the end of dinner which definitely spoiled the mood leaving the restaurant. Overall this place is a one and done. If I had to go back and do it over again here is how to best experience the epic vibes without feeling taken advantage of. Order your drinks and begin walking around the entire treehouse while the drinks are being made. Depending on time of year, try to be sat at your table 30 minutes prior to sunset to see everything and enjoy the epic view. See everything you can before they start closing off areas around 8pm. There are several bars throughout so go order a drink at one of them before you go back to your table. Again, enjoy the treehouse NOT the food.
Out of this world dining experience! Must visit if you're in Tulum... will not disappoint! : Go early to allow yourself time to explore and take a look at the structure... absolutely stunning tree house experience!
Truly a remarkable dining experience. Prices are steep but worth it. Baked truffled oysters and their fettuccine are delicious.
The food truly looks beautiful, there's no denying that. It's good food too, but in Tulum and the surrounding areas, honestly, it doesn't quite live up. It's tasty but for the price and premium they expect the quality isn't matching with many local restaurants. I'd still recommend giving it a try if you'd really like to as it is a beautiful environment with beautiful and still very good food, it's just nothing mind-blowing. Just be prepared for possible heat and humidity being awful and the onslaught of creatures that can bring. I was there in August, the hottest time of the year for Tulum, and being an open air jungle treehouse style restaurant the heat and humidity were unbearable and made more uncomfortable by the need of servers to walk around with smoke pyres to keep the onslaught of insects away.
