As soon as we went into her, she watched the television with her headphones in (very childish act) and as soon as I went to give my name, she wants to cut me off and ask what my name is. waited patiently for my food. she has checked it and of course she does not have to hear the order correctly because she has sauce on wings that are supposed to be simple. then rudely told me that there would be another 20 minutes for 10 simple wings while my other wings get cold. put their employees and keep them for their action! or tell their customers, the host is extremely rude! the girl on the counter needs a babysitter. no manager.
Very long wait for dine in, several dirty tables, trash can overflowing, understaffed. When we asked for forks to eat, they said they were out of forks. It’s a restaurant….how can you not have something as basic as a fork? We ate with toothpicks. I don’t understand how any owner or franchise can be ok with their business being run so poorly.
It was just okay this time. Boneless wings were very greasy and it took a little while to get our food. Don't feel like they want dine in customers.
We placed an order of 30 wings 2 large fries. When I got there they gave me the wrong order, so I returned the wrong order and she told me my order was coming up next. After waiting 20 mins she handed me the wrong order again, so I had ended up waiting another 15 mins before I got my order. She ensured me it was the correct order this time. When I got home I was missing a large fry and the wings were way over done... ?
03/02/22 Wednesday 8:30. Guy was cleaning the equipment and under cabinets. Wearing latex gloves. Placed our order and didn't change the latex while preparing our food. I asked him to change and re start and he refused. Ask for money back and she had to call the owner I guess. That's the 3rd time we've been this year and for sure the LAST. What's wrong with people today?
