Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Tulsa

The food here is always great! Today when they brought my food, they checked me twice, I got my page, which was nice because I went a few times without her. really like this place.

I usually get my food from another place near my house, but they use incredibly small portions of everything, so their food substandard (especially for the cost) and their bare bone smoothing completely melted by the time they make it the 2.1 miles here. After several unsatisfied / unsatisfactory problems with the other store, however, I tried to order from this store, and after talking to Manager Ana about some of my complaints, she went beyond and beyond to give us warm food and frozen drinks, and even a few additional straws, as the edible ones we had paid at the other place were always left out during delivery. Since then we had the same excellent care with our food at subsequent orders. we value our money for a change!

I tried to place a order by door dash and they didn't give me the opportunity to add speck to my sons order (what he needs hw lol.) I contacted the load and asked that they just charge me over the phone to add the speck and the store manager, amy, said it was not necessary at all for me to do that, and they would like to add it without service! she also added that she would approach the doorstep in order to make her fix this problem. many thanks, amy! You saved me from driving in the load and disturbing my cleaning spit!

They arnt dasher friendly I asked them 3 times if there was anything else to the order they said no so I head to my customers and I get a call from door dash saying I for got an item so then I go back and they refused to give me the customers drink I had to get rude for them to give me thair during made the order late so all other dashers watch out make sure they do give you all the items cuz they don't they ignore you on top of it
