The Rusty Crane - Tulsa

The service was awful. The food was mediocre. Overpriced for what you get. I will probably never go back. The atmosphere was nice. It just wasn't my cup of tea.

My favorite item on the menu is the RC Pasta, however it is pretty greasy, which isn't the best thing to taste in a pasta bowl. Some of their other items are excellent, some are meh. Overall, I think it's a little overpriced for what the quality is. The venue is very neat though, very nice patio!

If I could rate a 0, I would. My drink was gross and watered down, my food came out wrong and it was cold. Everything took FORRRRRREVVVVER. Our server was nice and trying to help the bartender so we'd get out drinks faster but it still took 30 minutes before we even had waters.

Extremely long 45 minute wait for food. When the food arrived, it was cold. Scarcely saw our server, and when we asked a manager, we were told he was unable to see us because he was cooking. In fairness, an offer was made to re-cook the dishes, but we did not want to wait an additional 45 minutes to get the re-cooked food. Never got a napkin after asking. It took so long to get a napkin that we ended up just getting paper towels out of the restroom. Will not be back.

TERRIBLE Customer Service I have tried to schedule a reservation for a week now. I wanted to reserve their larger their larger $75 room for a party of twenty-six people. I have talked to several different people and all seem to have no earthly idea how to pass a message along to the correct human being so that I could PAY THEM to reserve a room. The Rusty Crane management has zero competence whatsoever.
