Bidrage med feedbackThe baristas are always friendly so it got 3 stars, it would’ve gotten 5 if it wasn’t the slowest Starbucks drive through I’ve ever been in. And like once you place a mobile order you’re like of stuck because you can’t get a refund. So not my favorite in Tulsa for sure.
Service extremely poor. John-Mark was the server at the window, he was very rude to begin with. They don’t greet you or smile. tried to send me off with less than 6 0z. Of drink in a tall 12oz. Cup. I know how much 12oz is so I called him out on him but he still pretended as if 6 was 12. So, people who’re not aware can be fooled at this location.
I ordered a regular coffee and before michael handed it to me, he felt it was tepid. So without asking he decided to brew a fresh batch. If that’s not looking out for the customer, I don’t know what is!
I love Starbucks! It's a great place to meet up and chat with friends and get some schooling done.
They double charged my card and told me after talking to them that it was a bank issue, which the bank is the one that told me to go to them first. Check your bank after going to them. I'll not go to them again.
