Bidrage med feedbackI don't purchase their coffee drinks as frequently as I once did, but I absolutely adore their whole bean French roast, Sumatra, Cafe Verona, Espresso, and Italian coffee. I always pick up their Thanksgiving and Holiday Christmas Espresso blends, and I eagerly anticipate their buy-one-get-one-free coffee sales during the holiday season. Honestly, I just love their bold coffees! When my husband and I first started dating, we would meet every morning after work to enjoy our coffees and chat outside at their tables. My fondness for their coffee is deeply tied to those joyful memories of our coffee dates, which we still treasure from time to time. Before our dachshunds passed away last year, I would often stop by on my way home from the vet to treat them to their favorite puppuccinos, which they always enjoyed. I highly recommend this place—it's definitely a perfect 10 out of 10!
The frappuccino here is incredible, and the baristas are outstanding! The drive-thru can get a bit tight, but in Tulsa, we always find a way to make it work.
I had the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. They messed up my coffee order and wouldn't fix it, so I requested a refund. Six hours later, I got a call about the refund, but I didn't see it reflected in my account. To my shock, they accused me of being a prank caller. I've always liked visiting other Starbucks locations, but I will never go back to this one.
I usually bring my travel mug and order a grande, but the barista went the extra mile by recommending a tall size instead. This way, the entire drink would fit perfectly, and I wouldn’t be charged extra. Fantastic service!
I’ve been to this Starbucks multiple times, and it often feels like disaster is just around the corner. Once you’re in line, there’s no going back. Overall, my experiences here have been decent, but during my last visit, we waited 15 minutes only to find out they were out of all non-dairy options. They really should display that information before people have to wait. Furthermore, the employee break area seemed pretty grim. If it’s being kept up by non-employees, that raises even more concerns.
