New Atlas Grill - Tulsa

This place has the best breakfast spot in downtown! And the staff here is incredibly kind.

I've eaten here for the past 11.5 years (and under 3 owners). Atlas has always been pretty good, but it needs to be said that under the new owners it remains as consistently good as always except now the tortilla chips are cooked properly and you don't get charged extra for a side of dang salsa to eat with your tortilla chips. AND you get two flavors of salsa (the green is ridiculously good), which appear homemade. In addition, the new owners have added some south-of-the-border flare to the menu by offering delicious specials such as empanadas, chimichangas, and more. Even the new salmon with veggies is amazing (but rough to pay $15 or whatever it is for a lunch time meal). Anyway, I still love Atlas and get the veggie burger almost every time I run over for lunch. Give them a(nother) try!

We had breakfast on 5/17/22 and the food, service and atmosphere were GREAT! Large, well prepared portions and the friendliest staff members! The portions are too large for the average person! Coffee had a full, well-rounded taste.

I absolutely love the Houston sandwich. So yummy and the sweet potato fries are yummy as well. Their daily specials are good and the staff very friendly. Try this little place out....you will love it !
