Mcdonald's - Tulsa

I’m not sure who was on duty last night, but THANK YOU! That was hands down the best McDonald's meal I’ve ever had. Maybe it was the edibles, or maybe everything was just perfectly crispy, fresh, and made exactly as I ordered. My expectations for door-dashing fast food are usually pretty low, but they really delivered this time. Great job! Thank you once again. I’d give it ten stars if I could!

I ordered my meal with ranch and sweet and sour sauce. The chicken nuggets were crispy and delicious, while the fries were warm and seasoned just right. The McChicken was perfectly cooked, with a nice balance of mayonnaise and lettuce, and the bun was soft and warm. This is always my go-to combo. Angela did an excellent job; her quick and efficient delivery skills were impressive. Thank you!

This McDonald's struggles with accuracy when it comes to orders. Not only did they give my order to someone else, which led to them remaking it, but they also still managed to get my order wrong by forgetting two of my items.

Horrible. Hamburgers were black and crunchy and old as the day is long and the nuggets also, old, cold and gross. The burgers even had a foul smell to them like the meat was rotten. No blueberry muffin at all in my order. We threw the entire bag into the trash. My dogs even turned their noses.

The orange juice was mostly water with just a hint of juice. I spent over a week trying to resolve this issue with customer service through email and the app, but they ended up closing the case after receiving all the information I provided. The customer service support was terrible. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and with McDonald's being so inexpensive, you can expect this kind of quality.
