Bidrage med feedbackTook wife n kids tonite, have heard good things so figured we would give it a shot, what a disappointment, for only having 5 tables the food was very sub par. Had the strip steak the wife had the special, my steak for being mid rare was toughest steak I ever had. Poor quality in product, the wife's entree was ok except the sausage was room temp at best. Kids had ok food as well the chicken my daughter got seemed it had been microwaved for finish being cooked so the texture was rubbery. Found out later that there is new ownership of the place and quality has definitely gone down hill. All I have to say is best wishes and good luck.
I'm regular here but tonight was a first I have waited for 1 hour for my takeout and have been told three times it coming out yet no take out. 1 hour plus ! I'm very disappointed in the service was here last night totally different story. Must be an off night .
Huevos Rancheros $12. Great. Mild pico, good scrambled eggs, mild to medium ground steak. Avocado and black beans. Upscale and pretentious with old school Death Row and Biggie playing in the background Reservations needed on a Sunday morning.
First time to Lucky's. Parking is not easy like most places on cherry street. For lunch it has a definite business crowd. The place is not very big but fairly upscale inside. Water is brought in a chilled bottle that's left of the table...good touch. Menu is basic american food. I strayed and tried the Tahini Chicken Salad. it was good but other items coming out the kitchen looked better (Burgers, French Dip for example). Service is very good and like that they bring your bill in a card that has everyone's name on it. Lucky's has a great bar area along with a private seating area if needed. Would definitely recommend Lucky's of lunch or dinner...just come a little early to get a good parking spot.
Date night treasure!! We don't live around Tulsa but found this place on this app. It had high ratings. Quirky atmosphere. Very upscale. Hidden little hole in the wall place. My husband ate the special ribeye ace i had the Asian style pork chop. My husband said it was good but our local steak house still has it beat. The pork chop was fantastic but I will say this, if pink pork makes you queasy, don't go with their suggested "medium" which is actually my version of medium rare. They offered to fix it but I had eaten almost all of it. So, hopefully, no food poisoning for this girl but I'm still skeptical. Anyway, with the exception of the temp of the pork chop the flavors were amazing and I would go back again if near by.
