The coffee here is probably the worst I've had in Melbourne—it's weak and poorly made. The service could use a lot of improvement, as it often feels rushed and the staff seem overwhelmed. Be prepared to wait in line frequently.

The chips are crispy, and the aioli is deliciously creamy. Absolutely fabulous and served very quickly. Considering the location, the prices are quite reasonable, comparable to any other restaurant. A huge shoutout to the bartending staff—Anthony, Kiani, Wassim, and Dana—who worked late into the night on May 16th. They were all very friendly and chatty when they had a moment. The cocktails were mixed to perfection, and the food was fantastic. It's rare to find customer service like this anywhere. It's a true testament to these four, who clearly enjoy their jobs; if I could, I would give them all a paid day off!

I'm writing this review while seated in the restaurant. My family and I are very pleased with our meals and are currently enjoying beautifully presented desserts. I ordered the prime Angus Scotch fillet cooked blue, which three of my family members also chose. The steaks were cooked to perfection! Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is due to one unfriendly staff member and the relatively high prices. Our last visit was fantastic, and I wish I had written a review then. Well done, Airo; we will definitely return!
