Fazoli's - Tullahoma

Short staff, they was struggling, my food was disgusting, cold, the bread sticks wasn't fresh, the pasta was hard from sitting out to long so they gave me more Alfredo sauce but it didn't help.

I got the baked spaghetti and my daughter had breadsticks and Italian ice. The staff was wonderful and the food was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised as the prices were very good. I just moved here from California and if I could give 10 stars Iwould. Frank

We went through the drive thru and got a few things. one was a meal that was missing the salate and the sweet tee tastes terrible. the management refuses to refund salat or get for another day, although we work 12 hours shift and only have a 30-minute window to get our lunch and eat it. the manager of this load also hanged on us. I usually don't do this, but the way the manager treated the situation was unacceptable. especially when we hang up.

Haven't ate at this one in quite sometime but it didn't disappoint. Good was fast and service was great.

Took my daughter to go eat while we were out in town. She is three years old and they were so kind to her. It really made our lunch date great! Super friendly staff and consistent food.
